自2019年移师深圳以来，中国海洋经济博览会已成功举办五届，汇聚全球蓝色经济领域的政、商、学界高层，成为展示中国海洋成就与推动国际合作的重要平台。
Since relocating to Shenzhen in 2019. the China Marine Economy Expo and conference has been successfully held for five consecutive editions, bringing together high-level government, business, and academia leaders from the global blue economy. It has become an important platform for showcasing China’s achievements in marine development, discussing the impact of new technologies on the sector and advancing international cooperation.
2025年，中国海博会组委会将全新推出 “蓝色经济新增长论坛”及蓝色企业奖 & 榜单发布环节。论坛以前瞻视野与国际高度聚焦行业趋势，吸引更多创新企业、金融投资机构与多元机构参与，共同推动蓝色经济繁荣、科技进步与产业升级。
The sixth edition of the CMEE on 28-30 October 2025 in Shenzhen will also be the venue of the Global Ocean Economy Conference alongside the prestigious Blue Enterprise Awards & Rankings Ceremony. With a forward-looking vision and global perspective, the conference will focus on emerging industry and technology trends, attracting innovative enterprises, financial and investment institutions, and diverse organizations to jointly drive the sustainable expansion of China’s blue economy.
作为2025中国海博会全新推出的重要环节，“蓝色企业奖 & 榜单”旨在通过专业遴选树立行业标杆，表彰在技术创新、市场拓展、资本影响、可持续发展和行业声誉等方面表现突出的优秀企业。榜单不仅集中展示中国海洋产业的前沿成果和新兴力量，更将支持优质企业借助中国海洋经济博览会的平台开展全方位的展示推介，涵盖展览展出、产品发布、品牌传播与投融资对接等环节，帮助企业在更大舞台上彰显实力，拓展市场空间，加强国际推广与合作，助力其提升行业影响力与全球竞争力，推动蓝色经济产业生态的持续繁荣。中国海洋经济博览会将为中国蓝色经济汇聚更强的创新合力，推动产业迈向高质量发展的新阶段。
As a newly launched highlight of the China Marine Economy Expo, the Blue Enterprise Awards & Rankings aim to establish industry benchmarks through professional selection, recognizing outstanding companies that have demonstrated excellence in technological innovation, market expansion, capital influence, sustainability, and reputation. The rankings will not only showcase cutting-edge achievements and emerging forces in China’s marine industries but also support leading enterprises in leveraging the CMEE platform for comprehensive promotion — including exhibitions, product launches, brand communication, and investment matchmaking. This will help enterprises demonstrate their strengths on a larger stage, expand market reach, strengthen international visibility and cooperation, and enhance their influence and global competitiveness, thereby driving the sustained prosperity of the blue economy ecosystem. The China Marine Economy Expo will continue to bring together stronger innovative momentum for China’s blue economy and promote the industry’s transition toward a new stage of high-quality development.

The selected enterprises represent the pioneering forces driving the future trajectory of China’s marine economy.

In shaping the future of the Blue Economy, several key questions arise: What ways can AI, IoT, Big Data, and other disruptive technologies be leveraged more intensively to upgrade the technological level across Blue Economy sectors? What government measures or policies could effectively incentivize private sector R&D and drive blue technology innovation? And finally, what actions can be taken to enhance the contribution of Blue Economy startups, thereby expanding China’s innovation potential?

This session will explore how Blue Finance can serve as a new engine for the ocean economy. Discussions will focus on directing more private capital into blue industries, strengthening risk mitigation mechanisms to enhance investor confidence, and attracting greater foreign investment into China’s marine economy, with the aim of shaping innovative pathways for capital–industry synergy.
